Hotels, restaurants, tourism boards, travel agencies and activity providers can also suggest a visit. Include possible dates, the programme, what is covered and any costs we would need to pay.
First-hand experience, independent conclusions
We agree on the scope and practical arrangements before any shipment or visit. Testing time depends on the subject; a brief hands-on session will not be described as a long-term test.
A complimentary product or invitation gives us access to an experience, not an obligation to praise it. We retain editorial independence and disclose the relevant arrangements to readers. Sending a product does not itself guarantee coverage; the format and schedule should be discussed beforehand.
